He has replaced and installed several bathroom faucets, fixed my kitchen sink disposal and uninstalled, then installed a new dishwasher. The dishwasher turned out to be defective (manufacturer issue) and he was able to diagnose the problem for me so I could explain it to the manufacturer and get a replacement easily.
